This website is operated by KookyFun. Throughout the site, the terms we, us, and our refer to KookyFun. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our Products and Safe Use
Our products are novelty and costume items intended for entertainment and photography. They are not toys, not safety equipment, and not medical or veterinary devices.
Always supervise your pet while a KookyFun product is being worn. Remove the product immediately if your pet shows any sign of stress or discomfort, and never leave a pet unattended while wearing one. Keep products away from young children and pets that chew, as small parts may present a choking hazard. You use our products at your own risk and remain responsible for the wellbeing of your pet.
Product Descriptions, Colours, and Pricing
We do our best to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they appear in person.
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order, we will refund it in full.
Accuracy of Your Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your order and contact you when needed.
